The Folkestone Wine Company is a family run business and our Head Chef, David Hart knows his food. He has worked at the Sportsman, the Granville and helped open the Frog and Scot. His inspiration comes from his French roots and adventures around Europe, trying and tasting exciting dishes across the continent.
We use the best seasonal produce from local businesses and also celebrate beautiful ingredients from all over Europe including olives, ham and parmesan to name a few.
Our bread is made fresh daily and the wine has been carefully selected for each dish. Please do ask one of our lovely front of house staff about the wines available, we are happy to help.
