2 x Chateau Ollieux Romanis Corbières, Cuveé Classique – An excellent version of an underrated wine. Made organically this is a great “fireside” red. Juicy with supple dark berry flavours and warming spice.
2 x Gran Cerdo, Rioja Tinto – Organic 100% Tempranillo. Bright and beautiful, bursting with red fruit, then a savoury, dry finish.
2 x Refosco Rosso, Ponte del Diavolo – Medium bodied, food-friendly and great value from near Venice in North-East Italy.
